If you like your country shaken, stirred and served with an ample slice of wit, Good To Go, will definitely satisfy. Sydney-sider FIONA FIELDS has created one heck of a great debut and may just find herself one step closer to fulfilling her dream of having a ''tribe of loyal FF fans'' as a result. Fiona, a 2010 Toyota Star Maker finalist, penned 10 of the album's 12 tracks, the majority of which are best described uptempo rockers. The remaining two tracks were co-written with BARBARA BAILLIE and the album's producer ROGER CORBETT. Highlights include the first single Dirt, which ponders the bizarre nature of celebrity and the notion that a little mud ain't such a bad thing, Back Away, which serves as a warning to any woman looking to steal Fiona's man, and the ode to sleeping in, Crack Of Noon. Also of note is the track Good Night, which rocks in the all the right ways. Definitely earned its place on my iPod.
